Warranty
We sell used and tested Eurorack modules. Our voluntary warranty extends to a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Within this period, we will attempt to repair defective items. If repair is not possible or economically unreasonable, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion after inspection.
The 30-day period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the good
Note: As these are used goods, the statutory warranty (2 years under Art. 210 OR) is limited to defects that do not arise from normal use and were not obvious at the time of delivery. Our 30-day warranty exceeds these statutory rights and is a voluntary additional service.
For a return, the item must be in the condition in which you received it (taking into account its used nature) and returned in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Excluded Goods
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Gift vouchers.
- Downloadable software products (if applicable).
- Items custom-made to customer specifications (e.g., tailored modifications).
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@checkedgear.com.
Sale items are refunded only at our discretion.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only if an equivalent replacement item is available. If no replacement is available, we will provide a repair or refund.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the purchase price upon return. The gift voucher will be sent to you via email once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer for subsequent gifting, we will refund the buyer and inform them of the return.
Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
For valuable items, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We assume no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Zurich.
